Something wrong with a story?

Open the story in the app and tap Report this story (a grown-up question comes first), or email hello@getyarnu.com with the story's title and what was wrong. A person reads every report.

Managing your subscription

In the app, open Settings → Manage subscription, or manage it directly in Google Play or the App Store.

Forgotten password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? and we'll email you a code.

Deleting your account

Open Settings → Delete account in the app. It removes your account and every story permanently. See the privacy policy for details.

No longer have the app? Email hello@getyarnu.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete your sign-in, every story and its audio, and any reports you made within 30 days, and reply to confirm. Cancel any subscription in Google Play or the App Store yourself; deleting the account doesn't cancel it.
